Sea Kayaking
Our sit on top kayaks provide the perfect way to explore a little further afield. We offer a guided tour for all abilities showcasing the very best of the coast and marine life, exploring secluded beaches and coves only accessible by sea. Enjoy a combination of touring and surfing, our kayaks are great in the surf too. Very easy to paddle, with the choice of single or a double kayak allowing you to paddle with a friend or family member. We provide all the necessary equipment including wetsuits, buoyancy aids, and helmets.

We offer sea kayaking at Portreath everyday from March through till November providing the sea conditions are suitable. The session is a 2 hour tour up the coast and back visitng beaches, coves, caves and seals.
The cost is £30.00 per person and we supply everything you need including wetsuits.
The session can be done on either our single or double sit on top kayaks, all children under the age of 13 will need to go on a double with an adult.
Session times vary daily because of the tides, if you would like to make a booking please contact us with your preferred dates, number of people and ages and let us know if you would like single or double kayaks. We will then get back to you with availability and times.

A morning sea-kayaking off Portreath with West Cornwall Adventure was absolutely superb; the conditions were great - enough surf for loads of fun but not so much that it made kayaking for novices too hard.
